STRATEGY

Once we have figured out your investment needs, this is our next step in the process. We will then formulate a strategy based on the investment needs that will get you the best returns as possible and wealth building strategy you are looking to create. 

PROPERTY ACQUISITION

This next step in our process is one of the most important. Once we have figured out your investment needs and created the right strategy for you, we will then need to find the perfect property to fit your needs. This process could take a week or a few months to find the right property at the right value for our clients to fit their investment strategy. Remember, whether we buy to hold or buy to fix and flip, you make the most money or value when you buy at the correct price. 

LEGAL

This step is another critical one for all parties involved in the transaction. This process will consist of legal documents signed, notarized and documented at the state level that will spell out in exact details of how each party is involved in this transaction and the duties and interests of all involved. 

CLOSING

This process is a simple process of actually closing on the property or properties that we decided to move forward on for our client's investment portfolio. We have a specific team of closing agents and company that we use for all of our closings that we know are very comfortable in navigating this process in making it as efficient as possible. 

CONSTRUCTION

We will offer the wide range of construction services. Doesn’t matter if it’s a small leak in a faucet at a rental unit or a complete full home renovation we are here to serve the properties needs 100%. At the end of the day, we just want to make sure the property is showing to the best of its abilities. 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We offer a wide range of property management services from tenant selection, maintenance, collecting rent, paying bills etc… These services are available to pick and choose what best works for our clients and the best cost associated with your selections. 

LISTING

Listing services are offered with a discount to our clients when they are ready to sell the investment and collect profits or funnel the cash into another investment. We will provide a full market report on the value of your property or properties compared to whats on the market and past data to come up with the best numbers for your investment.
